Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue Inc. rushed to Riverside and San Jacinto at the beginning of the pandemic – when they first started shutting down shelters. Scott Travis and Gary Cannon were able to save two nameless boys – and Scott named this 1 year old good boy Walter! Well here he is with his forever family!! Walter is very loved by this group of people and I’m so moved by the work and challenges that arise daily but I’m grateful for the support you give and the true hearts you all have!!!
