Meet Moo: A Tough Little Soul in Search of Her Forever Home
Moo was discovered by a good Samaritan who noticed her fearful demeanor and alerted Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue. Despite our best efforts, capturing her was a challenge, as she was terrified and elusive.
Our dedicated rescue team spotted Moo one morning scavenging for food in a junk pile. For an entire week, we built her trust, returning to the same spot each day with nourishing meals. On the fifth day, our patience paid off when we were finally able to lift Moo and bring her to safety.
Currently, Moo is in foster care climbing the uphill battle to a clean bill of health. She is battling ongoing infections and is currently hospitalized. Her latest vet bill was almost $900 and she has a $1500+ surgery coming up. Anything you can spare will greatly help in her recovery!
